It seems like deja vu, the MJ stripped down, parts strewn throughout the R&D shop, a quickly approaching deadline and long build list left to finish. After a 6 week scramble back in May-June to gather parts and build our 1990 Jeep Comanche in time for this year’s Ultimate Adventure, the rig, and its drivers, were put to the test during the week long journey traversing over 1000 miles, some half dozen trails, and scorching 100+ days. Butler, PA: Birthplace of the Jeep and now host of the 1st Annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival
The crew from Zone loaded up the show truck and trailer this past weekend and headed out to Butler, PA, birthplace of the Jeep and home of the 1st annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival. Events started Friday as downtown Butler was taken over by over 1000 Jeeps taking part in the largest Jeep parade ever and continued through the rest of the weekend as everyone made there way over to the fairgrounds. The weekend’s events included vendor show, show and shine contest, onsite obstacle course and trail rides, live music, demonstrations, historical exhibits, and more. Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival, August 12-14 Dave and Carter from Zone Offroad are on the road heading east to Butler, PA for the 1st Annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival this weekend.
