Butler, PA: Birthplace of the Jeep and now host of the 1st Annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival

The crew from Zone loaded up the show truck and trailer this past weekend and headed out to Butler, PA, birthplace of the Jeep and home of the 1st annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival. Events started Friday as downtown Butler was taken over by over 1000 Jeeps taking part in the largest Jeep parade ever and continued through the rest of the weekend as everyone made there way over to the fairgrounds. The weekend’s events included vendor show, show and shine contest, onsite obstacle course and trail rides, live music, demonstrations, historical exhibits, and more. The show saw international exposure as attendants made the trip from from around the country and as far away as Canada, Iceland, India, and Australia to take part in all the festivities. Zone set up in the vendor area next to our local distributor Meridian Offroad Center who was offering amazing show specials on all their products. Rob and the crew from Meridian have over 27 years of experience in this industry and are ready to serve their customers with top-notch service.

We spent Saturday and Sunday chatting with attendees, showing off the MJ, and helping people get a great deal on a new Zone lift kit and accessories. The weather held out for Friday and Saturday’s festivities as attendees celebrated everything Jeep, listened to live music, checked out the vendor’s booths, walked around the show and shine, and enjoyed the fireworks show. Early morning rain and overcast conditions kept the number of attendants low on Sunday, but as the day brightened up the numbers picked up as well. After 3 days hanging out in the booth and at the request of many who attended, we cruised over to the on site obstacle course Sunday afternoon to show the MJ in action. The MJ did awesome, check out the photos to see more. We had a blast out in Butler at the 1st annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival and can’t wait till next year!
