‘Wheeling the Outback Offroad Adventure Park Zone Offroad hit the trails this weekend at the Outback Offroad Adventure Park in Eau Claire, PA. Rob and Terry from Meridian Offroad do a great job organizing events out at the park to welcome 4wheelers of all levels with a mix of guided moderate trails and more hardcore terrain. Wheeling in the woods of western PA, its also a bit wet, but with recent rainfall and logging through parts of the property the trails were especially challenging this past weekend. Zone Offroad at SnoFari 2014
We had a great weekend up in northern Michigan for the 8th Annual SnoFari event. With plenty of snow this winter and frigid temps, Zone hit the trails in Project MJ. The event which is hosted by the Soldiers of Fortune Offroad Club (SoFo) gathers 80 rigs from stock to fully built for 2 days and nights out wheeling in the trails around West Branch, MI. The cold weather and deep snow caused problems for many with numerous rigs falling victim to blown transmissions, axles, u-joints, dead batteries, and other temperature related failures. SEMA Show 2013
The dust is finally starting to settle as Zone returns from the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. This annual show brings together the automotive aftermarket manufacturers, industry professionals, and the media for a 4 day event to show off the latest and greatest the aftermarket has to offer. This year saw record attendance as over 100,000 people met in sin city to look at products from over 2,000 exhibiting companies. Zone HD For Sale
The Zone HD is up for sale. After a couple years of faithful service, Zone Offroad Products is selling their 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4WD truck. It’s a 1 owner truck, bought new in fall of 2010. It’s been professionally maintained and always stored inside. The truck has been used for product development and promotional purposes throughout the summer months. Labor Day at the Dunes
Zone took the short 3-hour trip this past weekend head north for the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The weekend of fun in the sand was filled with 4WDs of all kinds (and some 2WDs) enjoying great mid-80s weather and 3000 acres of sand dunes to play on. Zone headed up with the Zone HD on a Zone 5” Lift Kit on 37s with Project MJ in tow. The weekend was spent charging the dunes, launching off jumps, and making friends down by the beach.
