Well another year of the SEMA Show is a wrap, but don’t think you’ve seen the last of it. Over the next months you’ll see a flood of media coverage, vehicle features in magazines, and new products coming available. Zone Offroad Products worked closely with it’s sister company BDS Suspension putting together a 10x100ft Booth for SEMA. After months of planning and preparation, the booth came together over the two days leading up to the show with a frenzy of hand tools, fork lifts, and manual labor. The booth matched our vision of an off-road shop complete with storefront, sales

After the addition of Iron Bull bumpers and a Warn 16,000lb winch the front of the Zone truck was lets just say… lacking. The factory coils are not meant to handle this kind of punishment, so a coil upgrade was in order. There are not a lot of easy direct swaps, so we ordered up some Fox coilovers and Eibach 700 lb/in coils. We had to cut apart a factory strut to steal the lower bushing assembly.  We want the factory style lower mount because this gives the best long term reliability. The upper mount was left with the COM bearing

I know it’s a little late, but here’s some pictures of our company’s 08 Chevy at the SEMA show in Vegas!  We trailered it out there through the snow storm and cleaned it up for the week long show.  It has Iron Bull bumpers, 16K Warn winch, a roof rack from Offroad Unlimited, and Lightforce lights.  This truck has our 6.5″ Suspension Lift and 1.5″ Body Lift and 37×13.50 Interco M16’s.
