Coldwater, MI—January 26, 2015— Zone Offroad Products is now shipping 6″ lift kits for the redesigned 2015 Ford F150 4WD trucks. These new kits are based off the FMVSS No.126 compliant 2009-2014 F150 lift kits, redesigned to fit the updated chassis of the 2015 model trucks. This new 6” lift system allows F150 owners to improve their truck’s stance and offroad capabilities without compromising the on-road drivability. Clear up to 37” tires with this 6” kit installed.
This new 6″ suspension lift kit uses a pair of thick 1/4″ steel crossmembers tied together by a differential skidplate creating a rigid subframe and great offroad protection. A pair of CNC-machined steering knuckles reposition the steering mount for compatibility with the factory steering and electronic stability control (ESC) systems. New upper strut mounted spacers are supplied to retain the factory ride quality and speed up installation time. The front differential is relocated using a 3-piece mounting system designed to keep CV axle operating angles at a minimum. Also included up front are sway bar relocation brackets, new eccentric alignment cam bolts, and a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer.
Out back a 5″ offset pin block and u-bolt kit is used to retain factory ride quality and eliminate stacking with the factory blocks. This results in a safer rear lift netting 4” of lift for a level stance. The offset pin design recenters the rear axle in the wheel well for maximum clearance. Rounding out the kit is your choice of Zone hydro or nitro shocks for a quality ride across any terrain.
