Coldwater, MI—January 16, 2015— Zone Offroad Products now offers a full line of suspension and body lifts for the late model 2014-2015 Chevy/GMC 1500 2wd trucks. Available kits include 1.5″ body lifts, 2″ leveling and lift kits, 3.5″ combo kits, 4.5″ lift kits, and 6.5″ lift kits allowing you to install up to 35″ tires on your new 2015 Chevy/GMC 1500 2wd truck. These kits are FMVSS No.126 ESC System compliant to not adversely affect your new trucks Stabilitrak system keeping you safe on the road.
1.5″ Body Lift Kit: If you’re looking for that extra boost to help clear larger tires under your new Silverado/Sierra/Denali 1500 then the 1.5″ body lift kit is your ticket. This mild body lift is an easy install and can be done in a matter of few hours with basic tools. The kit includes crushproof body blocks, class 10.9 extended mounting hardware, front and rear bumper relocation brackets to maintain original appearance and all the necessary hardware to complete the install.
2″ Leveling/Lift Kits: The 2″ leveling kit is designed to eliminate the factory rake of the truck to level the stance from front to rear for slightly larger tires to be installed. The kit uses a pair of lower strut spacers to raise the front ride height and installation is a easy as this kit doesn’t require strut disassembly and mounting hardware is included. The 2″ lift kit adds a 2″ rear block and u-bolt kit to retain the factory rake of the truck, ideal for trucks using camper shells and don’t have a raked stance. These kits allow up to 285/65r17 tires on factory 17″ wheels.
3.5″ Combo Lift Kit: If you’re looking to get the benefits of both the 2″ leveling and 1.5″ body lift and save a few bucks, the combo kit is a great option. This 3.5″ combo kit offers a level stance and room for up to 33×12.50 tires. The 1.5″ body lift with crushproof body blocks extended mounting hardware, and front/rear bumper brackets are packaged with 2″ lower strut spacers for an affordable lift option to improve the look and performance of your 2015 Chevy/GMC 1500.
4.5″ Lift Kit: The 4.5″ lift kit mimics the geometry of the 4wd systems with a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and robust ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with new electronic steering rack. This coupled with the crossmember braces creates an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance. To retain factory ride quality a pair of bolt-on strut spacers are mounted to the factory struts providing 4.5″ of lift. These install easily without the need to disassemble the factory struts. Also included in the kit are brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, and all the necessary hardware to complete the install. A pair of 4″ tapered blocks are used in place of the factory 1.25″ blocks to lift the rear. Longer black e-coated u-bolts, brake line bracket and your choice of hydro or nitro shocks round out this kit.
6.5″ Lift Kit: Stepping up to the 6.5″ Lift Kit this system uses the similar base components to the 4.5″ lift kit with heavy duty crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, crossmember braces, brake line brackets, and sway bar relocation to allow the front suspension to function properly at 6.5″ of lift. Lift is supplied by a pair of top mounted strut spacers to retain the factory ride quality and speed up installation time. Out back a 5″ tapered block kit in the rear to replace the factory 1.25″ block and level the stance. This kit has been independently tested and certified compliant with FMVSS No.126 ESC System standards while clearing room for up to 35″ tires.
