Coldwater, MI—October 16, 2014— Zone Offroad Products has now confirmed fitment of all current suspension lift kits up through the 2015 RAM 2500 4WD model trucks. This includes 2″, 4.5″, and 6.5″ lift kits to improve the stance and offroad performance of the new RAM HD trucks.

2″ Leveling Kits: This kit is designed to raise the front end of the new RAM 2500 trucks to level the front to back stance and allow clearance for up to 35″ tires. The kit includes to top mounted coil spacers designed specifically for the new coil mount design and includes mounting hardware to maintain proper indexing with the OEM coils. This kit maintains OEM ride quality and handling while improving the stance. Upgraded shocks are available separately.

4.5″ Lift Kits: Zone Offroad offers (2) 4.5″ lift options for the 2014-2015 RAM 2500 4WD diesel trucks. The standard kit utilizes a pair of heavy duty radius arm drop brackets to retain the factory suspension geometry while the radius arm kits maximize ground clearance with the use of heavy duty replacement radius arms. The arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt-in the factory location while correcting the suspension geometry with large greaseable bushings.

Along with addressing the radius arms, both standard and radius arm lift kits include progressive rate 4.5″ front coils designed for a smooth ride for unmatched highway and trail performance. Steering correction comes from a forged dropped pitman arm and heavy duty, fully welded front and rear track bar brackets are used to recenter the axles securely under the truck. Also supplied are a pair of polyurethane extended front bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, 2.5″ rear coil spacers, front sway bar relocation and rear links, and your choice of Zone hydro or Zone nitro shocks for both front and rear.

6.5″ Lift Kits: Zone Offroad ups the ante with 6.5” lift kits for the 2014-2015 RAM 2500 4WD diesel trucks. Similar to the 4.5″ kits these kits are available as both standard drop bracket kits as well as full replacement radius arm systems. The standard kit utilizes a pair of heavy duty radius arm drop brackets to retain the factory suspension geometry while the radius arm kits maximize ground clearance with the use of heavy duty replacement radius arms. The arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt-in the factory location while correcting the suspension geometry with large grease able bushings at the frame mount to isolate vibrations and alignment cam slot for adjustability.

Along with addressing the radius arms, both standard and radius arm lift kits include progressive rate 6.5″ front coils designed specifically for the late model RAM HD diesel trucks. Steering correction comes from a forged dropped pitman arm  along with a fully welded front track bar bracket used to recenter the axle securely under the truck. Also supplied are a pair of polyurethane extended front bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, rear 4.5” progressive rate coils, front sway bar relocation and rear links, and your choice of Zone hydro or Zone nitro shocks at each corner. These kits offer a great ride on/off-road with plenty of clearance for 37″ tires to be installed.

RAM 2500 Accessories: In addition to these lift kits, Zone offers both single and dual steering stabilizer kits to fit the redesigned front end. Available in both white (3000 series) and black (7000 series) finishes, these steering stabilizer kits are far superior to the factory stabilizer unit and a great addition to help control larger tires on and offroad. The single kits are a stock replacement while the dual kits install stacked in the stock location.
