Coldwater, MI—March 21, 2014— Zone Offroad Products continues to expand its kit offerings for the 2014 Ford F150 4WD with newly released 4″ suspension lifts to join the current 2″ and 6″ kit options. Now with 2″, 4″, and 6″ lift options Zone Offroad Products allows F150 owners the ability to improve offroad performance and achieve their desired stance without compromising on-road drivability.
This new 4″ suspension lift kit uses a pair of thick 1/4″ steel crossmembers tied together by a differential skidplate creating a rigid subframe and great offroad protection. A pair of CNC-machined steering knuckles reposition the steering and hub assemblies for compatibility with factory electronic stability control (ESC) systems. New upper strut mounted spacers are supplied to reposition the factory struts and retain the ride quality. The front differential is relocated using a 3-piece mounting system designed to keep CV axle operating angles at a minimum. Also included up front are sway bar relocation brackets, new cam bolts, and a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer.
Out back a 4″ offset pin block and u-bolt kit is used to retain factory ride quality and eliminate stacking with the factory blocks. This results in a safer rear lift and a level-to slightly tail high stance. Rounding out the kit is rear brake line relocation along with your choice of Zone hydro or nitro shocks allowing for clearance of up to 35″ tires.
