2″ Leveling Kit: Looking to get rid of that front end rake and level the stance and fit larger tires? Then the Zone Offroad 2″ leveling kit is just the ticket. Designed to be a quick and easy install on your new Chevy or GMC, this kit uses lower strut spacers to raise the ride height without effecting the trucks ride quality. The kit include a pair of spacers, new grade 8 hardware and step-by-step installation instructions. This kit does not require strut disassembly and allows up to 33″ tires to be installed.
2″ Lift Kit: For new Silverado/Sierra 1500 owners looking for a small boost while retaining the factory tail high stance, Zone Offroad offers a complete 2″ lift kit. This kit combines the 2″ front leveling kit with a 2″ rear block and u-bolt kit.This kit retains the tail high stance with room for 33″ tires. Optional accessories include Zone hydro or nitro gas shocks for improved dampening performance.
4″ Lift Kit: Stepping up to the 4″ IFS lift kit, Zone Offroad offers a compete system designed for smooth on-road ride quality, handling and comfort while improving the trucks offroad capability. Along with correcting the suspension and steering geometry, these kits are FMVSS No.126 (ESC System) compliant giving you peace of mind on the road. Kits include a pair of heavy duty crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, top mounted strut spacers to retain OE ride quality, multipoint differential relocation brackets, differential skid plate, CV axle spacers, rear block kit, brake lines brackets, u-bolts and your choice of rear Zone hydro or nitro gas shocks. These offer a great ride with room for up to 35″ tires on a moderately sized wheel.
6″ Lift Kit: The 6″ lift kit utilizes the same base components as the 4″ kits and allow you to fit 35″ tires, while still providing top quality on/off-road ride quality, handling, and performance. The system includes a pair 1/4″ steel crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, top mounted strut spacers, differential relocation system, weld in support plate and a differential skid plate to lock the subframe together and offer extra offroad protection for vital drivetrain components. Also included are CV axle spacers, brake line brackets, bump stop extensions, replacement 5″ rear block kit and your choice of rear hydro or nitro gas shocks. These kits have been FMVSS No.126 compliance tested and proven to not adversely effect the vehicles factory installed ESC system.

How much (with tax and shipping) are the 4″ and 6″ lift kits for a 2016 Silverado 1500 Z71? Do the 4″ or 6″ kits void the factory warranty?

As far as your question about warranty, all our kits WILL NOT void your factory warranty. By law a lift kit doesn’t void the vehicle’s warranty. The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act covers the consumer stating the dealer cannot deny warranty due to an accessory/modification without proving (in a court of law) how the accessory/modification is directly related to the failure of an OEM part. While each dealership has different rules for what they’ll allow, it should be said that there are dealerships around the world running our lift kits on brand new dealership vehicles.
In addition, All Zone Offroad kits are backed by Factory Protection Plus (http://560plus.com). FPP brings together Zone’s limited lifetime warranty, compliance with the government’s FMVSS No.126 standard for ESC Systems (our kit has been proven to not adversely effect how the vehicles electronic stability control system with our lift kit installed), and finally all our kits come backed with a 5-year, 60,000-mile drivetrain warranty to match the OEM warranty in the case the dealership tries to deny warranty claim for any reason. What kit works for a 2016 silverado 1500 2wd with factory stamped control arms? I’m wanting a 7 inch or bigger lift

We currently don’t offer a 2WD specific kit for the 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500. That said our 6.5″ suspension lifts for the 4WD cross over to the 2WD trucks, however there will be unused components associated with the front differential relocation and CV spacers. The 6″ inch kit says “weld in support plate” I would try install myself if not for that. Is there anyone in SLC Utah area that does installs for these kits?
