2″ Leveling Kit: If you’re looking for a small front end boost of level the stance and fit larger tires then the Zone Offroad 2″ leveling kit for you. This kit includes a pair of top mounted strut spacers and grade 8 hardware allowing for enough clearance for 33″ tires. The top strut spacer design retains the OEM dampening while speeding up installation time without the need to disassemble the struts.
2″ Lift Kit: The F150 owners looking to for a small lift and to retain the factory tail high stance, Zone Offroad offers a complete 2″ lift kit. This kit combines the 2″ front leveling kit with a 2″ billet aluminum rear block and u-bolt kit.This kit retains the tail high stance with room for 33″ tires. Optional accessories include Zone hydro or nitro gas shocks for improved dampening performance.
4″ Lift Kit: Stepping up to the 4″IFS lift kit, Zone Offroad offers a compete system designed for smooth on-road ride quality, handling and comfort while improving the trucks offroad capability. Along with correcting the suspension and steering geometry, these kits are FMVSS No.126 compliant allowing for peace of mind on the road. Kits include a pair of heavy duty crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, top mounted strut spacers to retain OE ride quality, differential relocation brackets, differential skid plate, front sway bar links, and a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer. In the rear the kit uses a 4″ replacement block kit to level the stance, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets and your choice of Zone hydro or nitro gas shocks.
6″ Lift Kit: The 6″ lift kit utilizes the same base components as the 4″ kits and allow you to fit up to 37″ tires while still providing top quality on/off-road ride quality, handling, and performance. The system includes a pair 1/4″ steel crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, strut spacers, differential relocation system, and a differential skid plate to lock the subframe together and offer extra offroad protection for vital drivetrain components. Also included is a billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer, brake line brackets, replacement 5″ rear block kit and your choice of rear hydro or nitro gas shocks.

Howdy sir hey what offset is he running on them wheels?
Will the 4″ kit clear 35″ tires safely with out having to trim. And the cutting of the front differential crossmember dose the kit come with any template for a accurate cutting placement of the new crossmember

The 4″ kit can clear 35×12.50 tires if you follow our recommended wheel specifications (18×9 or 20×9 w/ 5-5.5″ backspacing). Wider wheels and more aggressive tires tires may require minor trimming (typically to the corners of the front valance below the bumper) as well as things like fender flares and heavy accessories like winch bumpers and bed caps. Our recommended max wheel/tire size is based on that we have successfully fit in our R&D facilities.

Looking at your website and it says they are 20×9 Moto wheels. I really like this look and have the same color truck. Id like to know for sure if they are 9’s or 10’s

Based on the stance of that truck and the lip of the wheels I’m fairly certain those are 20×10 wheels. That was a truck we used for confirm compatibility a few years ago and the customer supplied the wheels/tires. While our recommended max tire/wheel specs are for 20×9 wheels, we have had customers run 20×10 with the 6″ lift and 35×12.50 tires, you’re just more likely to need some minor trimming to clear in offroad driving situations.
what size rims can i run on the 2 inch lift
Hey Richard, based on what we’ve tested we spec the 2″ leveling kits to clear 33×12.50 tires on stock wheels. That said other wheel/tire combos can be installed, some may require trimming for proper clearance. What size wheels/tires are you trying to install?
I was going to run 33 with aftermarket wheels with like a 5 in back spacing
I have a 2015 Ford F-150 installed a Zone 4 inch suspension lift with 35 inch Nitto Grappler G2 tires and fuel rims. Now I have a constant Shake in my steering wheel between 40 and 65 miles an hour I’ve had the tires Road force balance realigned I’m thinking it must be the suspension. Any thoughts

general rule of thumb, if the vibration is always at a particular speed range then its likely tire balance. Being that you’ve looked at that and the alignment check with the Zone tech support team so they help you get to the bottom of what’s going on. With the 4 inch lift what’s the recomened wheel offset for 22 inch wheels with 35/12.50

Hey Adam,
on a ’15 F150 running our 4″ lift kit you can fit up to 35×12.50 tires with 22×9 wheels (5-5.5″ backspacing or between “0mm” and “+12mm” offset). Other sizes may work, however they may require additional trimming to clear in all on road/offroad driving conditions.
I have a 2015 f150 I have aftermarket American racing 20×9 with a 0 offset with a 5.79 backspace currently running 33×12.50×20 lexani mudbeast can I do a 6in lift and step up to 35s with your kit would like to not have to purchase new wheels because I see that you recommend a 5 to 5.5 backspace.Any advice would be appreciated for example can I use a wheel spacers to offset backspace issue?

Thanks for reaching out, we’re happy to help. You seem to be a little confused on the wheel specs, backspacing and offset are 2 different ways to measure the wheel specs though,
20×9 wheel with 0mm offset is measures out to a 5″ backspacing.
20×9 wheel with 5.79″ backspacing measures out to a +20mm offset.
The 2015 F150s can fit a 35″ tire with as little as 4″ of lift so you should have no issues running them with a 6″ lift installed. To position the tire correct for maximum fender clearance without interfering with the front suspension we recommend 20×9 wheels with 5-5.5″, if the backspacing is larger on your current wheels you’ll want to install wheel spacers to achieve our recommended backspacing measurement.
