Coldwater, MI–November 28, 2011 – Zone Offroad, the name you’ve come to know for quality offroad products and an affordable price is at it again. They now offer a 4″ suspension lift kit to fit ’77-87 1/2-ton and 3/4-ton GM vehicles. Months of development and testing has yielded a capable leaf spring that Zone is proud to introduce to their current application fitments.
These springs are a 5-leaf pack with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design significantly decreases leaf pack internal friction for a smooth, consistent spring rate. Also included in this system is a 4″ steering arm to maintain factory steering angles.
The OE brake lines are also addressed by with the use of front and rear relocation brackets. Out back a 4″ rear block and u-bolt kit is used along with your choice of Zone hydro or nitro shocks round out this kit allowing you to lift your truck safely to clear 33″ tires. Optional accessories include front sway bar shackle links and steering stabilizers available soon.
