When it comes to lifting or even leveling your 2019-2021 Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 its important to do it right. From the factory these trucks come equipped with taller ride height than the standard Silverado/Sierra however still designed around the factory suspension geometry. Zone Offroad has engineered a 1.75" leveling kit designed to work within those suspension parameters to ensure optimal ride quality, longevity and safety. While others bolt on tall top mount spacers to increase right height, the length of the strut assembly becomes too long causing premature wear of front end components. The engineers at Zone Offroad went a different route, a better route using a 3-piece leveling kit designed with a shorter top mount spacer so as to not overextend the suspension at full droop and combined that with a pair of preload spacers designed raise ride height without extending the overall strut length. The result is a level stance that retains the factory ride quality and handling characteristics without causing premature wear to suspension and steering components. With the full 3-piece spacer installed your truck will net 1.75" of front lift as recommended for AT4 models for a level stance. The Trail Boss doesn’t have as much factory suspension rake so not as much lift is required to level the stance. By not installing the second preload spacer the truck will net 1-3/8" of front lift which will level out the Trail Boss. In addition the late model GM 1500 trucks are proned to premature upper ball joint wear whether in stock, leveled or lifted configuration so these kits include Adventure Series upper control arms. These high strength, full boxed arms are a bolt in upgrade and allow addition suspension travel. They utilize OE style rubber bushing along with an indexed ball joint cup to allow easy servicing. Also included in this leveling kit is a pair of lower control arm steering stops. These optional weld-on steering stops will help eliminate clearance issues with some oversized tires on factory rims. All kits come finished in a durable black e-coating and sent with all the hardware needed to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions. All Zone Offroad kits include Factory Protection Plus for the ultimate extended warranty to include the limited lifetime warranty, ESC system compliance and a 5year-100mile drivetrain warranty to match the dealer. Improve the look and capability of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss or GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with the new 1.75" leveling kit from Zone Offroad.
