Zone Offroad has expanded its product listings to include the 2017 Chevy and GMC 2500/3500 HD trucks. Take your late model HD to the next level with Zone Offroad. Kits include:

2" Leveling Kits: If you're looking to eliminate the factory front end rake and run larger tires than the 2" leveling kit is just the trick.  These leveling kits use replacement torsion bar keys reindexed to raise the front of the vehicle for a level stance and room for up to 34" tires. These keys are made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a quality casting. To get the full potential out of this leveling kit we recommend adding either front shocks extensions or replacement Zone Nitro gas shocks.

2" Lift Kits: Building on the 2" leveling kits, these 2" leveling kits are designed for those looking to raise the ride height while retaining the tail high stance. Up front the 2" torsion bar keys raise the front and ride height and allow clearance for up to 34" tires. In the rear a 2" fabricated rear block kit and longer u-bolts are used to retain the tail high stance. Recommended accessories include the front shocks extensions or replacement Nitro gas shocks. Other available accessories include Zone steering stabilizer kits and adventure series upper control arms.

3" UCA Lift Kits: Stepping up to the 3" lift height, Zone Offroad offers the 3" adventure series upper control arm (UCA) lift kits. These kits bridge the gap between leveling kits and full IFS systems offering next level performance without the cost and labor to install. At the heart of these systems are a pair of heavy duty replacement upper control arms (UCAs) designed to improve range of motion for more suspension travel when wheeling in rough terrain. These new control arms dwarf the factory units and are built from 1/8" steel, boxed and fully welded with CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups repositioned to operate in the neutral position at 3" of lift. They use OE durometer rubber bushings and greaseable OE-style heavy duty ball joints for quiet, reliable operation and superior corrosion resistance to uniball style control arms. Along with the UCAs these kits use a pair of reindexed torsion bar keys are supplied up front to lift vehicle and a small differential relocation kit to correct CV axle operating angles without effecting ground clearance. In the rear a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance. Rounding out the kit are a set of Nitro gas shocks at all 4 corners for a smooth ride and impressive performance across any terrain.

5" IFS Lift Kit: At 5" of lift, Zone Offroad offers a complete IFS lift system designed to correct suspension, driveline and steering geometry for smooth operation on and offroad. These kits use a pair of  heavy duty 1/4" thick crossmembers that tie into the differential drop brackets and full width belly skid plate to cradle the front differential and offer improved offroad protection. Also included are ductile iron steering knuckles, drop brackets for the torsion bar crossmember, bump stop extension brackets, longer sway bar links and longer braided stainless steel brake lines. A 3" rear block and u-bolt kit is used in the rear to level the stance and the kit is finished off with a Zone Nitro gas shocks are each corner for impressive handling in any terrain. This kit is designed to allow clearance for 35" tires. Optional accessories include steering stabilizer kits, carrier bearing drop kit and adventure series upper control arms to improve suspension travel.
