Zone Offroad's new adventure series upper control arms (UCA) for the 2007-2016 Toyota Tundra are built for improved suspension travel and added strength over the factory stamped units. Perfect for leveled/lifted applications where the arms function at an increased operating angle, these new adventure series arms use a repositioned ball joint mount to provide greater range of motion for improved suspension travel. This corrects the ball joint binding issue common on stock control arms leading to premature wear of ball joints. The arms are fabricated from 1/8" steel plate, boxed and fully welded with CNC machined ball joint and bushing cups. High quality MOOG ball joints come pre-installed and ready to handle offroad abuse. These ball joints are greaseable for easy servicing as well as far superior corrosion protection when compared to uniball style control arms. Red anodized aluminum ball joint caps are used to keep mud and grime off the ball joints and create a clean, high-end appearance. If replacement ball joints are ever needed they are readily available through most auto part stores. At the frame mount, the arms use factory style, durometer-specific rubber bushings pre-installed for quiet maintenance free. This kit includes hardware to mount the factory brake line brackets to the new arms and new washers to work with the factory control arm mounting hardware. These UCA’s come finished in a durable texted black powercoat for long lasting good looks. Arms are fully assembled for quick, easy installation right out of the box. Upgrade your Tundra's upper control arms to Adventure Series Upper Control Arms from Zone Offroad.

Can I use these control arms with a 8″ ready lift kit ??

If you can get back to me soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated !!

Hey Josh, our control arms are compatible with most lift kits on the market. While we haven’t tested them with the ReadyLift 8″ Tundra kit reuses the factory UCAs ours will bolt right on and improve ball joint positioning, increase wheels travel and overall strength.

Hey Ron, thanks for your interest in Zone Offroad. Short answer, yes they will work with a 1.5-2″ leveling kit. The ball joint cup is indexed to correct the ball joint positioning to be in a neutral position at 2-3″ of lift. At 1.5-2″ of lift the ball joints will be at a slight angle at ride height, but still at a better angle than the stock UCAs and much stronger than the factory units.

Hey Sheldon, thanks for your interest in Zone Offroad. These UCAs are a direct bolt-on for the Tundra and compatible with the BDS 7″ lift kit.

Hey guys just installed the fox BDS 2.5 coilovers with extra reservoir on my 6in Rough Country lift they say it won’t align right will this work and fix my problem

Hi Rodney, that’s a difficult one to answer as we’ve never tested that combination of parts. We have tested our UCAs with the BDS 7″ systems and they work great, but in your case being the suspension/steering geometry is comes from the RC lift. If the truck aligned before at 6″ you may want to lower the coilover preload for 6″ of lift to see if the extra height is causing an issue.

Hi Sam,
While we haven’t tested these with the RC lift, they are designed as a bolt-in OEM replacement and should work with the Tundra 6″ kit without any issues while improving upper ball joint operating angle.

I have a 2017 Tundra with a 6inch lift Rough country. Will this control arms fit with no issues?

Hi Jesus, while we haven’t tested our arms specificly with the RC lift kit, these control arms are an OEM replacement designed for use on leveling/lifted applications so you should have no issue running them with your current setup
