Project MJ Update: With D-Day approaching quickly and only 3 weeks until the Petersen’s 4Wheel & Offroad Ultimate Adventure, Dave and Carter show you what the Zone Offroad crew have been busy working on. With the unibody strengthened through a combination of new plating and roll cage upgrades, the work can begin to properly set up the suspension and interior. After test fitting tires, the guys had to rework the front inner fenders, cutting into the floorboard and firewall, but who needs legroom? The winch mount is mocked up in the front and the new Warn XP9.5 winch will be finding

King of the Hammers this week

As I was telling you, I was doing a trip this weekend up on the west coast famous Whipsaw trail. Had lots of rock crawling and obstacles to contend with, as well as some real flex sections. Anyway I had no more issues with the spring squirting out. Here are a few shots of the trip and some good shots of the articulation. I am not sure this trip would have been as successful
