Project MJ Update V:
Midway through our final build week and the shop is buzzing with activity. The build team from Zone Offroad is working hard to finish up this project and get Carter and Dave on the road by Friday. While the location of this year’s Ultimate Adventure is now known to participants, we’re sworn to secrecy as to our destination. Freshly back from paint at M&M Body Shop this Jeep has a fresh lime green paint job to grab attention. Tuckey Motorsports got their hand on it to add vinyl graphics. The new windshield is now installed and suspension parts are being finished up, control arms welded, painted, and reinstalled. Additional supports have been added to the roll cage in the bed and the new Warn Air Power VTC air compressor has been mounted to power air tools and fill up tires. Front and rear bumpers are being fabbed up and the new Warn 9.5XP Winch is at home in the recessed front mount. We’ve still got a long way to go in the next few days, follow along as we get this project buttoned up.
The hidden winch mount looks good. Did you guys have to custom fab that or is there a place that sells it?
We fabbed it up. It takes quite a bit of unibody modification to fit everything in there
