Coldwater, MI—October 7, 2014— Zone Offroad Products continues to expand its suspension lineup with new 3″ Adventure Series Lift Systems designed for the 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC 2500HD 4WD trucks. These new systems are engineering to improve offroad capability so you can get the full potential out of your truck’s suspension. Along with improving the performance this system give the truck a better stance with clearance for up to 33″ tires.

These new lift systems are based around Zone Offroad’s heavy-duty replacement upper control arms (UCA) for the ’01-10 HDs. The arms are built from laser cut 3/16″ steel, formed and fully welded for superior strength and improved range of motion. The arms come fully assembled right out of the box with OE-durometer rubber bushings and high quality Raybestos ball joints for easy installation and smooth, quiet operation. The ball joints are repositioned to compensate for the additional lift and maintain a neutral position at ride height to allow a larger range of motion for more wheel travel to soak up the bumps when out exploring on back country terrain. The ball joints are greaseable for easy servicing and provide superior corrosion resistance to uniball style arms.

In addition to improving ball joint angles with the heavy duty UCAs, this system addresses another issue commonly overlooked by other kits of this size, the CV axle shafts. This Adventure System includes the multipoint differential drop brackets to relocate the differential down 2″ to keep the CV axles operating at a near stock angle. To keep the front differential protected in its new position a heavy duty skid plate is supplied. Indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are used to set the ride height (check your vehicle’s RPO code to verify keys when ordered). Front and rear shocks are included with the kit to improve ride quality. Zone Hydro and Nitro shocks are available along with front brackets to reposition the lower mount for better functionality. In the rear, a 2″ block and u-bolt kit is supplied to level the stance without effecting towing capability.

Get offroad with Zone Offroad, these systems are built to take a beating and improve the capability of your 2001-2010 GM 2500HD truck. For more info on this 3″ Adventure Series Lift System and other available options, check out zoneoffroad.com or call (888) 998-ZONE.

Is it possible to get the ucas, and front differential drop? I have keys, shocks, shock extenders, and blocks already. Thanks!!

Hey Marshall,
While we do offer the UCA’s separately (#C2300) as well as the front box kit “diff drops, skid plate, keys” in (#C2301). I’d recommend swapping to these keys over a leveling kit key as the indexing will be different. Those 2 boxes kits would allow you to reuse the components you already have instead of our rear block and u-bolt kit (#C1209) and shocks (frt #4616/7616 and rear #4757/7757). I’d recommend considering the front shocks at least as ours are properly sized for the extended/compressed lengths of the suspension when used with the new UCAs.
