Coldwater, MI– February 23, 2012 –Zone Offroad is proud to announce new suspension options for the ’73-87 Chevy/GMC ½-ton and ¾-ton trucks and ’73-91 Chevy/GMC ½-ton and 3/4-ton SUVs with the release of new 6″ leaf spring suspension lift kits. The front suspension features 5-leaf pack springs with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design significantly decreases leaf pack internal friction for a smooth and consistent spring rate. Also included is a 4″ steering arm to correct the drag link angles, brake line relocation brackets, front and rear yellow zinc plated u-bolts with high nuts and washers, and front and rear shocks. The rear of this system is lifted with a 4″ lift block and add-a-leaf to achieve 5-6″ of rear lift.
Zone also offers a number of accessories for the 6″ lift kits including Nitro shock options, shackle sway bar links, transfer case drop, and steering stabilizer options.
