Coldwater, MI: Zone Offroad expands its listings for the late model 2019-2020 RAM 2500 4WD Diesel trucks with new 4.5" radius arm systems that are on the shelf ready to ship. Designed to improve the looks and performance of your new RAM, these kits include everything necessary to correctly lift them for improved offroad capability with room for larger tires while maintaining on-road handling.

Up front these systems use a pair of progressive rate (diesel specific) 4.5" coil springs to provide the extra height and smooth controlled performance in the harshest of terrains. A forged drop pitman arm is supplied to correct steering angles along with a HD bar drop bracket to recenter the front axle. A pair of sway bar drop brackets reposition the OE sway bar for optimal performance along with extended polyurethane bump stops to limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height, Zone Offroad provides a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms that bolt directly into the factory location. These new arms are massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, built from 1/4" American made steel, internally gusseted with a lower cam adjustment to dial in front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of Zone nitro-series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 adventure series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.

At 4.5" of lift it is critical to correct the front driveline angle to maintain use of the 4WD. To do this Zone Offroad provides a heavy duty replacement transmission crossmember as well as a transfer case indexing ring to reposition the front driveline output to allow use of the factory drivelines. In the rear of the RAM 2500 kits 2.5" heavy duty coil spacers supplied to level out the stance. These allow you to retain factory ride quality without effecting tow capacity. Extended rear sway bar end links and new bump stops are included to compensate for the lift along with a track bar bracket to recenter the rear axle. Finishing out the rear are a matching set of Zone nitro-series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 adventure series IFP gas shocks. As with all Zone Offroad kits these include Factory Protection Plus for a limited lifetime warranty, ESC System compatibility, and 5-year, 100,000-mile drivetrain warranty. Get the look and the ride you are after with this new 4.5" radius arm system from Zone Offroad.

So this kit looks awesome, however I have noticed something and wanted to double check with you guys. You say this kit is for 2019+ RAM 2500 Diesel but in all the pictures that you published with this kit it shows it on a 2019+ RAM 2500 with a 6.4 gas engine. Does this kit fit a diesel truck or a gas truck?

Hey Josh, good catch. We have kits coming out for the gas models as well which is what is shown in the photo, however at this time we’re only offering kits for the diesel engine equipped trucks. While most of this diesel kit can physically install on a gas model truck, it is not recommended as it will provide closer to 5.5″ of front lift and require front driveline modification/replacement. We have additional kits in the works for the gas model trucks, stay tuned for announcements as kits hit the market.

The factory front driveshaft used on the 2019+ doesn’t allow as much operating angle as previous models. Even at 4.5″ on a 2019+ model the transfer case must be indexed to improve front driveline operating angle. The issue is at full droop of the suspension causes the driveshaft angle to be too severe which will lead to premature wear. Some driveline shops have the ability to modify the factory driveshaft to allow for the additional angle needed for taller lifts, the other options would be to have. new driveshaft made.

Is the kit available for the 6.4 gas engine yet? I don’t see it on your site. When do you expect it to be released? I’m chomping at the bit to get my truck lifted with #ZoneLift on my 2019 RAM 2500 6.4 HEMI!!!!!

We haven’t released the 6.4L Hemi kits quite yet, but have several kits in the works to release soon. Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements

I have everything crossed. Should be getting my 2021 Ram 2500 HEMI/Gas truck very very soon. looking for at least 4 inches of lift. Hopefully Santa(Zone) is good to me this year. thanks

Hi,
Just want to inquire if you are making a 4 – 5” suspension lift for 2019 ram 1500 5th Gen?
Thank you

Hi Mon,
Currently we offer 6″ suspension lifts for the 2019 RAM 1500 4WD trucks. We will be offering a 4″ suspension lift option for them later this year (likely available this summer)

I’m wanting to put 8 inch lift on my 2020 ram 2500 6.4 HEMI.. Any idea when this will be possible or will it?

Hey Chance,
At this point our plans are to offer up to 5.5″ kits for the ’19+ RAM 2500 gas trucks and 6.5″ kits for the ’19+ RAM 2500 diesel trucks.

When are you guys going to have the 6.5” lift kits available for the 2019 Ram 2500 Diesels?

When are the 6.5” lifts for the 2019+ diesels going to be available? Im looking to purchase one and would just like to know when they will be available.

The 6.5″ standard and radius arm kits for late model RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks will be launching very soon, look for them to be added to the website in the coming week(s).
