The 2012 Ultimate Adventure starts tomorrow and Zone Offroad is packed up and ready for anything… Truthfully though, we’re pumped for the trip and whatever Rick Pewe and the 4Wheel & Offroad Magazine staff have in store for us. We plan to pull into town tonight at the secret start location, we’ll have plenty more to post in the coming days. Zone Hits the Road for the 2012 Ultimate Adventure
Zone hit the road this morning in route to the secret start point of the 2012 Ultimate Adventure hosted by 4-Wheel & Offroad Magazine. While the official Ultimate Adventure starts this weekend runs for all week, our adventure starts a bit earlier as we start the long trek to the start point. Once there, the rig is off the trailer with all our camping gear, supplies and spare parts until we make it to the end of the trip of the adventure. In less than a week ,20+ 4×4 rigs will be meeting at an secret rendezvous for the start of the 2012 Ultimate Adventure. Hosted by 4-Wheel & Off-Road Magazine, this marks the 12th running of this annual event in which drivers take the ultimate road and trail trip from state to state with nothing more than their rigs and teamwork. Next week the rig hits the road for the in route to the secret start point of the 8-day, 1000+ mile journey with organized by Petersens 4-Wheel & Off-Road Magazine’s Rick Pewe.
