Indy 4Wheel Jamboree
Each year around the middle of September the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis get overrun by thousands of trucks, Jeeps, and other 4x4s in the largest stop of the 4Wheel Jamboree Series. With attendance well over 10,000 this year Family Events (event organizer) puts together a huge variety of activities to keep the whole family of 4wheelers entertained all weekend long. Whether you’re in to cruising around the fairground to show off your rig or jumping in the action of tough trucks or laying down the power in the burnout competition, Indy has a way for you to gloat about your ride. The monster trucks are always a big hit at these shows with racing and freestyle action going on throughout the weekend. Team Bigfoot brought out the big blue oval rig to set a Guinness World Record launching the truck a whopping 214.8ft through the air. Among all the sights around the fairgrounds, the trucks, the people, the action, the vendor row is always a popular stop for attendees to get great deals on the off-road products. Zone Offroad made it out and set up with a variety of lift kits and promotional items offered at great show prices. Zone reps Steve and Brandi were swamped all weekend long as thousands flooded in and out to check out Project MJ and take advantage of special offers. Zone’s very own Steve was hand picked to be a judge at this year’s bikini contest and had the difficult task of helping the winner. Rough job Steve, we all fell for ya.
