6” Lift Kits | 2021+ Ford F150 w/ CCD | NPA #205

Coldwater, MI: Zone Offroad is now shipping 2", 4” and 6” lift kits for the 2021-2022 Ford F150 4WD trucks designed to enhance performance, capability, and appearance with clearance for larger tires. As with all Zone Offroad kits, these include Factory Protection Plus, the comprehensive extended warranty giving you peace of mind on-or-off the road.

2" Kits (non-CCD only): Level your new F150 2" leveling kits and lift kits allowing for clearance of 33" tires. Unlike other 1-piece leveling kits, these specially designed 2-piece leveling kits use a smaller top mounted strut spacer in addition to a preload spacer that won't over-extend your truck's suspension at during down travel. Designed for quick and easy installation along with factory like ride quality , these new leveling kits are a great option to eliminate the factory rake and fit larger wheels and tires. Also available is a front/rear 2" kit to retain the tail high stance.

4" Kits (non-CCD only): this kit is designed around maintain original suspension, steering, and driveline geometry engineered to retain on-road comfort and handling characteristics while improving offroad performance with clearance for up to 35" tires. Kits include a pair of 1/4" steel drop crossmembers to reposition the stock lower control arms for additional ground clearance. The front crossmember includes Zone badging. A differential skid plate reinforces the sub-frame while adding protection for critical steering and driveline components. A pair of specially designed steering knuckles maintains proper steering geometry and ESC system compatibility, and allows for 18” or larger aftermarket wheels to be installed - as well as the stock 20's. The front differential is secured using a multi-point differential relocation brackets to keep the CV axle operating angles at a minimum. Lift is provided by a set of top-mounted strut spacers that allow for easy installation without the need to disassemble the factory struts. A pair of sway bar drop brackets are used to correct the operating angle of the factory sway bar and to reinforce the rear crossmember and frame. In the rear, your choice of 2" or 3" replacement lift block and longer u-bolts provides your desired stance. Finishing out the rear are rear brake line and ABS line relocation brackets and your choice of gas shocks.
