Zone Offroad is now offering 2" leveling kits for 2020 Chevy/GMC 2500/3500HD model trucks. From the factory these new trucks are offered with 2 torsion bar keys to set ride height on certain models and Zone Offroad is offering options for both. At the heart of these 2” leveling kits are a pair of nodular cast iron torsion bar keys for strength and feature indexed torsion bar slots designed to properly lift/level the stance. Also supplied are a pair of torsion bar bolt keepers to prevent the bolt from slipping off the key during extreme off-road use. This kit allows the use of factory shocks with the supplied upper shocks extensions and is designed to offer more suspension travel without worry of overextending at full droop. This kit is easy to install using a torsion bar tool and can be completed in 1-2 hours. The final result is a leveled stance, comfortable ride and handling and clearance for up to 35” tires.

As with all Zone Offroad products these are backed by Factory Protection Plus offering safety and security with a limited lifetime warranty and ESC system compatibility along with 5-year, 100,000-mile extended drivetrain warranty. Anytime the suspension is modified and ride height changed we recommend an alignment.

Hello can you tell me what the white at4 with cepek tires above has on it? I’m assuming 2” leveling kit and what size tires? I want that exact configuration. Thanks

Good guess Lee, that AT4 HD is running the Zone 2″ leveling kit, 35×12.50×20 Dick Depeks and stock 20s

Will this fit a 2022 Silverado 2500? Is the truck 100% level after the 2″ level (I hate the front higher). Is there a wheel requirement to ensure no cutting is required when running 35s (i.e. 5 ‘ back space, etc)?

While we don’t expect any changes from 2020-2021 to 2022 models, at this time we haven’t test fit and approved use of the kits on 2022 Chevy/GMC HD model trucks. The 2″ leveling kits are designed for just that, to level out the stance however in some cases torsion bar key preload can be adjusted to get the stance just right. 35×12.50 tires can clear without trimming on OEM wheels, aftermarket wheels can be used, but depending on the backspacing some trimming may be necessary to ensure no rubbing in any driving situation (on/off road)

Officially 10-wides are outside of our fitment recommendations. While they will fit, you may need to trim the fenders to allow clearance in all driving situations (on/off-road).
