2018 RAM 2500 Lift Kits | NPA #130

Take your new 2018 RAM 2500 to the next level with Zone Offroad Products offering a range of kits to include 1.5" body lifts, 2" leveling kits, 4-4.5" and 5.5-6.5" lift kits designed for the gas and diesel equipped trucks. These kits are designed to improve your RAMs offroad capability while maintaining on road performance with room for up to 37" tires.

1.5" Body Lift Kits: If you're looking for that extra little boost to fit the next size tire this 1.5" body lift it just the trick. Available for diesel equipped RAM HD trucks and compatible with most suspension lifts, this 1.5" body lift includes a full set of crush-proof body blocks and class 10.9 hardware all the way around. Additionally a pair of heavy duty replacement front bumper brackets are include to reposition the front bumper and allow the factory tow hooks to be remounted. Also included is a replacement core support crossmember, radiator relocation brackets, rear bumper relocation brackets, hardware and instructions to complete the install.

2" Leveling Kits: This kit is designed to raise the front end of the new RAM 2500 trucks to level the front to back stance and allow clearance for up to 35" tires. The kit includes top mounted coil spacers designed specifically for the new coil mount design and includes mounting hardware to maintain proper indexing with the OEM coils. This kit maintains OEM ride quality and handling while improving the stance. Upgraded shocks are available separately.

4-4.5" Lift Kits: Stepping up to 4.5" lift height Zone Offroad offers several options for the RAM 2500 trucks including standard drop bracket kits and heavy duty replacement radius arm systems.  Kits utilize progressive rate front coils designed for a smooth ride for unmatched highway and trail performance; 4" lift height for the Hemi-equipped trucks and 4.5" for the Cummins-equipped models. The standard kits utilizes a pair of 1/4" fabricated steel radius arm drop brackets to retain the factory suspension geometry while the radius arm kits maximize ground clearance mounting into the factory location with a heavy duty full boxed, internally gusseted radius arm to designed to correct caster positioning. Steering correction comes from a forged dropped pitman arm and heavy duty, fully welded front track bar bracket.. Also supplied are a pair of polyurethane extended front bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, front sway bar relocation and rear extended links, 2.5" rear coil spacers, rear track bar bracket and your choice of Zone hydro, nitro, or FOX 2.0 adventure series shocks all the way around. These kits allow for 35-37" tires to be installed.

5.5-6.5" Lift Kits: Moving up to the 5.5-6.5" lift kits, Zone Offroad offers standard and radius arm systems designed for clearance of 37" tires. Similar to the 4-4.5" standard kits the standard kits utilizes a pair of heavy duty radius arm drop brackets to retain the factory suspension geometry. The radius arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted and designed to bolt-in the factory location while correcting the suspension geometry with large greasable bushings at the frame mount to isolate vibrations. Along with addressing the radius arms, both standard and radius arm lift kits include progressive rate front coils designed specifically for the late model RAM HD diesel trucks, 5.5" for the Hemi trucks, and 6.5" for the Cummins trucks. Steering correction comes from a forged dropped pitman arm along with a fully welded front track bar bracket used to recenter the axle securely under the truck. Also supplied are a pair of polyurethane extended front bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, rear 4.5" progressive rate coils, front sway bar relocation and rear links, rear track bar bracket and your choice of Zone hydro, nitro, or FOX 2.0 adventure series gas shocks at each corner.

RAM 2500 Accessories: Zone Offroad offers several accessories for the 2018 RAM 2500 trucks to further improve the truck’s performance on and offroad. Both single and dual steering stabilizers are available to control any front end shimmy caused by installing oversized tires. For trucks equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft a carrier bearing drop may be needed to eliminate driveline vibrations once lifted. In addition to the standard white bodied hydraulic shocks, Zone offers the gas charged Nitro shocks and FOX 2.0 adventure series IFP gas shocks for faster dampening and improved performance. For the 5.5-6.5" lift kits, Zone Offroad offers optional transfer case indexing kits to improve the position of your front driveline.
