This system is designed for both diesel and gas trucks and is available with hydraulic or nitrogen gas charged shocks to feed your appetite.
This system features a 1-1/2″ solid steel track bar with oversized, high-durometer urethane bushings and gusseted ends to keep your axle in check. Diesel and gas specific coils ensure consistent ride height and a comfortable ride. The factory alignment and handling is maintained with radius arm drop brackets made from 1/4″ steel. Sway bar drops brackets and bump stop extensions are included to complete the front installation. The rear is designed with a 5″ rear block that includes a new bump stop pad.
Due to the angle of the leaf springs on these trucks, Zone Offroad has offset the pins in the blocks and provided a new u-bolt plate to offset the axle forward to ensure the tires align correctly in the wheel wells. The net rear lift gain will vary based on the size of the factory block that gets removed, but the truck will result with a level stance. If your truck has a rear 2-piece driveshaft, Zone Offroad also offers a carrier bearing shim kit.
