2019 Chevy/GMC 1500 Leveling Kit | NPA #144

2019 Chevy/GMC 1500 Leveling Kit | NPA #144
Zone Offroad New Product Announcement

Coldwater, MI: Zone Offroad launches the first of several lift options for the new 2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks with 2” leveling kits now in stock and ready to ship. These kits are designed to improve the stance and tire clearance on the new Silverado/Sierra while retaining the on-road comfort and handling without the adverse effects that come with other kits on the market. At the heart of this kit are the newly designed 2-piece upper and lower strut spacers. Using steel construction and a durable black e-coat finish, these spacers are an easy install as they do not require a spring compressor or disassembling the struts to be installed. The 2-piece design correctly positions the strut for optimal CV clearance at full droop, a common issue among other kits on the market. The upper spacer installs on top of the strut assembly with factory hardware while the lower bolts into place using the supplied hardware.

With the 2” leveling kit installed, Chevy 1500s can fit 295/70r17 tires (or comparable size) while the GMC 1500 can fit 285/60r20 tires (or comparable size) for a strong, rugged appearance. While its not necessary on all vehicles, some tire/wheel combinations have tight clearance to the factory control arms. To resolve this Zone Offroad includes a pair of optional weld-on steering stop extensions that can be installed on the lower control arm to limit steering sightly. As with all Zone Offroad lift kits, these new 2” leveling kits for the 2019 Chevy/GMC 1500 are backed by Factory Protection Plus offering you peace of mind out on the trail or wherever your next adventure may be. This includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty, ESC system compatibility and a 5year-100,000mile drivetrain warranty. Give your 2019 Chevy/GMC 1500 the look and performance you are after with this new 2” leveling kit from Zone Offroad.

Unfortunately not Brett, we have that listed under the Kit Notes tab. The Trail Boss/AT4 already have a small lift installed on them so stacking another leveling kit in addition to that would be like running 4″ of lift without correcting suspension/steering/driveline geometry and lead to drivability issues. We have several kits in the works for the 2019 GM models, keep an eye out for additional releases.

Hi Michael,
this kit doesn’t have any wheel restrictions and allows all factory wheels to be reinstalled.

Hey Don,
The Chevy pictured has 295/60r20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires on stock 20″ wheels. Our leveling allows for 295/60r20 (33.9×11.8″), a 285/60r20 (33.5×11.2″) tire would fit on stock wheels with out leveling kit installed.

Has this kit been changed? When trying to purchase on your website it looks like it’s no longer a 2 piece list but rather one 2” spacer.

Hey Trevor, this product was updated to a 1-piece top mount design since the initial launch. On certain models we found tight clearances to the CV axles with the 2-piece design, the other benefit to the 1-piece design is easier installation.
