Coldwater, MI: Zone Offroad has updated their 2019 GM1500 product listings to now include 2019-2020 model year Chevy Silverado 1500  and 2019-2020 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. In stock and ready to ship, Zone Offroad has 2”, 4”, and 6” lift options designed to improve capability, comfort and fit larger tires. These kits are designed to a higher standard, not cutting corners to lift your truck the right way. Available kits include:

2” Leveling Kits (Silverado 1500 / Sierra 1500): Building off the new platform, Zone Offroad offers an easy to install 2” leveling kit designed to eliminate the factory nose-low rake while maintaining the factory ride quality and allowing for larger tires to be installed. Designed to easy installation, these leveling kits utilize a bolt-on, top mounted strut spacers do not require strut disassembly and allow for  295/70r17 or comparable tires to be installed. Also included in this leveling kit is a pair of lower control arm steering stops. These optional weld-on steering stops will help eliminate clearance issues with some oversized tires on factory rims.

1.75” Leveling Kit (Trail Boss / AT4): OE equipped with about 2” of lift, the Trail Boss/AT4 trucks use taller struts assembly and a taller rear block over the standard Silverado/Sierra models. To properly level these trucks the engineers at Zone Offroad use a 3-piece leveling kit designed with a shorter top mount spacer so as to not overextend the suspension at full droop and combined that with a pair of preload spacers designed raise ride height without extending the overall strut length. The result is a level stance that retains the factory ride quality and handling characteristics without causing premature wear to suspension and steering components. With the full 3-piece spacer installed your truck will net 1.75” of front lift as recommended for AT4 models for a level stance. The Trail Boss doesn’t have as much factory suspension rake so not as much lift is required to level the stance. By not installing the second preload spacer the truck will net 1-3/8” of front lift which will level out the Trail Boss. Also included in this leveling kit is a pair of lower control arm steering stops. These optional weld-on steering stops will help eliminate clearance issues with some oversized tires on factory rims.

4”/6” IFS Lift Kits (Silverado 1500 / Sierra 1500): Stepping up to the 4” and 6” IFS Lift Kits Zone has specially designed these kits from the ground up to take advantage of the updated OE suspension design for improved offroad performance and capability while maintaining on road comfort and handling characteristics. Available as your choice of 4” or 6” lift heights, these lift systems offer a more comprehensive suspension solution designed to allow clearance for 35-37” tires. At the heart of these kits you’ll find a pair of 1/4” thick, American steel drop crossmembers to reposition the OE lower control arms. These control arms offer additional ground clearance and are paired with a differential skid plate to create a strong subframe while adding protection for critical steering and driveline components. In place of the factory steering knuckles a pair of heavy duty replacement steering knuckles are supplied to maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. Unlike most other kits that limit the wheel configurations this knuckle design allows for 17” or larger wheels to be installed. Also supplied are a set of heavy duty replacement tie rod ends and weld-in crossmember plate to strengthen the chassis. The front differential is secured in its new location using a multipoint differential relocation brackets to keep the CV axle operating angles at a minimum. The additional ride height comes from a set of top mounted steel fabricated 4” or 6” strut spacers to bolt onto the factory strut assemblies. These allow for quick-simple installation without the need to disassemble the factory struts and retain the OE ride quality. A pair of sway bar drop brackets are used to correct the operating angle of the factory sway bar as well as created a strong brace between the rear crossmember and the frame.

In the rear the OE block is replaced with either a 3” or 5” lift block and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance. Rear brake line/ABS line brackets allow the use of factory brake lines to simplify the installation. Rounding out the rear are a pair of Nitro gas shocks for improved damping performance as well as optional FOX 2.0 Adventure Series gas shocks at for the 6” lift height. All Zone Offroad kits include Factory Protection Plus for the ultimate extended warranty to include Zone Offroad’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, FMVSS No.126 (ESC System) compliance certification and a 5year-100mile drivetrain warranty to match the dealer.
