Zone Offroad is excited to add the 2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra/Denali 2500HD and 3500HD trucks to its kit lineup. See below for individual kit descriptions and head online to see more information.

2" Leveling Kits: Looking to get rid of that front end rake and level the stance and fit larger tires? Then the Zone Offroad 2" leveling kit is just the ticket. The kit includes a pair of reindexed torsion bar keys to bring the front end up and allow for 33" tires to be installed. These torsion bar keys are made in the USA and 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. In addition #C5202 shocks extensions can be used to retain the factory shocks or #7603 Nitro gas shocks can be upgraded along with #C2312 upper control arms for more wheel travel.

2" Lift Kits: This option is ideal for the new HD owner looking for an extra boost in ride height while retaining the tail high stance. This kit combines the 2" front torsion bar keys with a 2" rear block and u-bolt kit and allows for 33" tires. Similar to the 2" leveling kits Zone offers #C5202 shocks extensions to retain use of the factory shocks or #7603 Nitro gas shocks can be upgraded. #C2312 upper control arms can be added for improved strength and more wheel travel.

3" Adventure Series UCA Kit: Stepping up to the 3" Adventure Series UCA Lift Kits, these kits bridge that gap between an entry level leveling kit and full IFS lift system offering next level performance without the cost and labor extensive installation. The heart of this new system is a pair of heavy duty replacement upper control arms (UCAs) designed to improve range of motion for more suspension travel when wheeling in rough terrain. These new control arms dwarf the factory units and are built from 1/8" steel, boxed and fully welded with CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups repositioned to operate in the neutral position at 3" of lift. They use OE durometer rubber bushings and greaseable OE-style heavy duty ball joints for quiet, reliable operation and superior corrosion resistance to uniball style control arms. Along with the arms, a pair of reindexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied up front to lift vehicle. Zone Offroad includes a small differential relocation kit (4WD models only) to correct CV axle operating angles without effecting ground clearance. In the rear a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance. Rounding out the kit are a set of Nitro gas shocks at all 4 corners for a smooth ride and impressive performance across any terrain allowing for 34-35" tires to be installed.

5" IFS Lift Kit: A favorite among HD owners, the 5" IFS lift kits are designed to correct suspension geometry for OEM ride quality, handling, and improved offroad capability with room for 35" tires. At the heart of these lift systems are a pair 1/4" steel crossmembers and a heavy duty full width belly skid plate to create a stout subframe for under your HD. From there a pair of torsion bar crossmember drop brackets and multipoint differential relocation is used to correct operating angles and keep CV angle at a minimum. Zone Offroad supplies a pair of ductile iron steering knuckles designed to correct steering angles. These cast knuckles are resonant frequency tested to ensure quality castings and CNC machined for a perfect fit. Also supplied for the front are a pair of extended bump stops to control compression travel, extended length braided stainless steel brake lines, longer sway bar links and a pair of your choice of Nitro gas or FOX 2.0 adventure series performance gas shocks for improved shock performance. In the rear this kit uses 3" lift blocks to level the stance to the front as well as longer u-bolts and a pair of matching shocks.

Hey guys I’m wanting to buy your 4,5” lift kit to suite 2019 2500Hd Silverado, I have purchased meth 305 NV 18”x9” with a +18 offset, and was hoping they would clear your lift kit

Hey Kais, thanks for reaching out and your interest in Zone Offroad. The particular wheel is outside of our recomemended wheel specs, while a 20×9 with 5-6″ backspacing will clear the repositioned steering linkage, there is an interference issue on 18×9 wheels with that large of backspacing which is why we spec 18×9 with 4.5-4.625″ backspacing. Your 18×9 +18mm wheels measure out to roughly 5.7″ backspacing so if you plan to run them will require around 1-1.25″ wheel spacers to clear the steering linkage up front. For more on the topic contact our customer service team at (888) 998-9663.

Hey I have a 2019 gmc 2500 and trying to put 20×12 with 325/60/20 tires and have a rub when wheel is turned will the 2 inch level kit fix this problem
Thanks

Hey Glenn, ultimately that wheel/tire combo is outside of our official specs so we can’t make any guarantees on lift height to resolve the any/all rubbing. Additional factors include the backspacing on your wheels, how you intend to use the vehicle (on road only vs offroad articulated use), additional mods that would affect clearance (ie aftermarket bumper, fender flares, mud flaps, etc) and your comfort level doing any necessary trimming. That tire measures out to about a 35.5×13.50 tire so with a 12-wide wheel you’ll likely want our 5″ lift kit to fit that setup.
