2" Leveling Kit: Designed to lift and level the stance, this kit uses a pair of top-mounted, steel fabricated coil spacers that bolt into the coil bucket to correct the orientation of the unique spring design to keep them from bowing out (a common issue with other leveling kits). The result is a level stance while maintaining ride quality and handling characteristics with clearance for 35" tires to be installed. These leveling kits are compatible with gas or diesel-equipped trucks. Optional accessories include front and rear Nitro series gas shocks specially design for improved performance out of your new RAM.

3" Radius Arm Kit: Stepping up to 3" lift height Zone Offroad offers a complete 3" radius arm lift kit. The kit utilizes progressive rate 3" front coils designed for a smooth ride for unmatched highway and trail performance along with a rear coil spacer to level the stance and retain ride quality/tow capacity. Heavy-duty replacement radius arm to maximize ground clearance mounting into the factory location and use a fully boxed, internally gusseted designed to correct caster positioning and improve tire clearance. Fabricated front and rear track bar brackets position the axles back under the vehicle while keeping the front in phase with the OE steering for optimal handling. Also supplied are front sway bar relocation and rear extended links and your choice of Zone Nitro or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series gas shocks all the way around. These kits allow for 35" tires to be installed.

4-6.5" Lift Kits: Up front, these systems use a pair of full-length progressive rate 4" or 5.5" (gas) / 4.5" or 6.5" (diesel) front coil springs to provide the extra height and smooth controlled performance in the harshest of terrains. A forged drop pitman arm is supplied to correct steering angles along with an HD bar drop bracket to re-center the front axle. A pair of sway bar drop brackets to reposition the OE sway bar for optimal performance along with extended polyurethane bump stops to limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height, the standard kits use a pair of heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets to correct geometry and allow the use of the factory arms. The radius arm kits are upgraded to a pair of heavy-duty replacement radius arms that bolt directly into the factory location. These new arms are a massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, built from ¼” American-made steel, internally gusseted with a lower cam adjustment to dial in the front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of Zone nitro-series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 adventure series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.

At 4"+ of lift it is critical to correct the front driveline angle to maintain the use of the 4WD. To do this Zone Offroad provides a heavy-duty replacement transmission cross member as well as a transfer case indexing ring to reposition the front output to allow the use of the factory drivelines. In the rear of the RAM 2500 kits, 2.5" heavy-duty coil spacers (4-4.5" kits) or 4.5" progressive rate coil springs (5.5-6.5") are supplied to lift and achieve a level to slightly tail-high stance. These allow you to retain factory ride quality without affecting tow capacity. Extended rear sway bar end links and new bump stops are included to compensate for the lift along with a track bar bracket to re-center the rear axle. Finishing out the rear are a matching set of Zone nitro-series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 adventure series IFP gas shocks.
