Coldwater, MI—July 2, 2012—With the popularity of Project MJ, Zone continues new product development with the release of a 4.5″ suspension lift kit for Jeep Comanche trucks.
Whether you’re hauling parts or hitting the trail, Zone Offroad’s new 4.5″ suspension lift kit will improve the performance and offroad capabilities of your ’86-92 Jeep Comanche MJ. The heart of this 4.5″ lift kit are the new Made in the USA 4.5″ coil springs engineered to offer a great ride while improving articulation.
Two-inch bump stop extensions and a pair of beefy lower control arms made from 1-3/4″ OD x 1/4″ thick wall D.O.M. tubing allow for a drastic increase in wheel travel while re-centering the front axle for alignment. Extended sway bar links help limit body roll and brake line relocation brackets allow for the reuse of OE lines and make this install a breeze to do at home.
Out back the rear is lifted via a new long add-a-leaf kit and greasable shackles for a quality ride that will allow your springs to really flex. Rounding out this lift package are a set of Zone Hydro or Nitro gas shocks tuned specifically to improve performance on and off-road.
